Dear friends,

I'm closing this journal for some while.

Please, don't panic, everything is fine with me. Just, my RL is pushing me in another direction, away from fandom. So there I have no time for writing or commenting.

Therefore I will not make it to the inofficial deadline of bigbangblackout, which I'm really sorry about. Still, since I didn't manage to write anything until now, it doesn't make any sence for me to push myself farther.

Have fun, play nice and who knows? Perhaps I will write and post another story again.

Looking back at the passing year 2008, I would describe my writing adventure during these months like this:

writer's block, writer's block, writer's block, writer's block, writer's block, writer's block, rs_games round one - a short story, rs_games round two - a long story, stress with writing, stress, STRESS! then finishing the story, colabs...

then nothing for several months ...

then rs_smallgifts - a short story, then being sick, sick, sick, and finally:

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Not much, I would say. But I'm deeply thankful to brighty18 who came up with the idea for rs_games which set me free from the horrible blocade, the release of DH put me in. I have also made some new friends among the puppy shippers, which I would have never discovered if I didn't make my decision to explore this pairing. Especially moonypads, spacefragments and werewolfsfan - to name just few.

To summ my scribbling up I wrote in the last year:

3 stories in general. ( Three times is supposed to be the charm, isn't it? :) )

2 short stories:

The Rest is Not Your Business - 8068 words

Molly - 2203 words

1 long story:

Blue House in Broken Knut Alley - 23 990 words

To summ it up, the last year I wrote 34190 words. Which is not too bad. Actually better than I have thought. Seems to be not a bad idea to look back, at least briefly. ;)
